2User Registration and Eligibility

3Weekly Plan Generation

The platform generates a personalized seven-day Weekly Roadmap based on your input.

Each plan includes three daily actions — mindfulness, cognitive micro-exercises, and gentle physical anchors.

Each Weekly Roadmap costs 700 MB Coins, deducted from your balance.

Plans are for informational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute professional therapy or medical advice.

4MB Coins, Pricing & Delivery

MB Coins are internal tokens used for AI generation.

Upon registration, you receive 700 MB Coins for free.

  • 100 MB = €1.00
  • 2 000 MB = €20.00
  • 6 000 MB = €54.00 (−12%)
  • 30 000 MB = €240.00 (−20%)

Payments are securely processed; tokens are delivered instantly.

MB Coins can be used only on mentalbro.bot.

5Chargeback Policy

5.1. Unauthorized Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are considered fraudulent. Payments are final upon receiving access to purchased services.

5.2. User Obligations

Before initiating a chargeback, the user must contact [email protected] to resolve issues.

The Company takes full responsibility for all monetary transactions through the platform.

5.3. Dispute Resolution Procedure

  1. Email [email protected] immediately.
  2. Provide:
    • Transaction number
    • Date/time of payment
    • Description
    • Supporting documents
  3. Review occurs within 3 business days.

5.4. Consequences of Unjustified Chargebacks

  • Block the account
  • Terminate service
  • Report fraud
  • Recover costs (bank and processing fees)

5.5. Fraud Protection

Includes real-time monitoring, multi-level verification, and cooperation with payment partners.

5.6. Refunds vs Chargebacks

Refunds (as per policy) differ from chargebacks. If eligible, contact support under the refund procedure.

5.7. Digital Products

Services are digital with instant access; transactions are completed upon access delivery.

5.8. Bank Cooperation

The Company cooperates with banks and payment systems to provide documentation during chargeback reviews.

6Intellectual Property

All content (text, models, illustrations) is the property of GREYSCREEN LIMITED or its licensors.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages or losses from Service use.

8Privacy and Data Protection

Use of the Service requires explicit consent to process well-being and stress-related data in line with our Privacy Policy.

9Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms; continued use implies acceptance.

10Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes resolved by London courts.
